Antinous feels the boat dip beneath him and hears the waves crashing, a bird croaks. Telemachus lets out another whimper behind him. Antinous doesn’t see why he’s so upset, at least Telemachus isn’t bound like he is. Pampered brat. His own binds feel as if they’re tightening with every passing second and the pounding in his head has only lessened to a dull throb. The bite on his neck still stings.The pirate captain’s eyes flash with wicked glee. “Welcome home, son.”

Hiccup cannot understand why Viggo, who almost certainly has a healer on board his ship, has taken it upon himself to treat Hiccup's wounds, why, despite his cold threats and the biting frost in his eyes, sometimes looks at Hiccup with something very much like fondness. Possessive yet protective. Dark, unwavering, unyielding, but still somehow… soft.
Ryker attacks Hiccup in a burst of anger, and Viggo takes it upon himself to put Hiccup back together again.
