A year later, after the war has ended and the city is bursting with life once more, Marcus is still struggling with pain from his old injuries. Desperate for help, Marcus seeks out a Lightbearer who uses the Light in experimental ways and finds that in order to heal his injuries, he must confront memories better left buried.

Weeks after being rescued from Xivu Arath's power, Osiris is still recovering, but the wounds inflicted upon him are far deeper than simply physical, and the Darkness does not so easily give up its hold.
With his dreams darkening, and an insidious infection running through the Tower, his time may be shorter than anyone realised.
But there is always hope in the Darkness, and with Saint and a newly freed Crow at his side, they may just be able to navigate the treacherous roads ahead.
