Perfectdolls ensues... eventually. New chapter every Wednesday (or Tuesday cos timezones are confusing)
I wrote the first chapter when I was bored on the bus ride home, and the chapters have slightly improved in quality since. This fic is an absolute dumpster fire. Enjoy! :3

Orpheus had made it out of Hadestown. He hadn’t turned. Not once. Even with the doubts weighing heavy on his tired shoulders. He’d succeeded—made it back up top safely with his wife. So why couldn’t he shake off the nightmares?
“Orpheus?” Her voice cut through his sleep, “Darlin’?” She was alive. She was okay—his mind spoke, a shaky, scared thing.
She was extra careful when her lips pressed against the scar he had earned from his journey to Hadestown. Her mouth was a gentle pressure that reminded him she was there. “It’s okay, Poet, I’m here, we’re alright. Ain’t we?”
