Summary
Convinced he's going to fail, Nicholas still doesn't know when to quit. Perhaps running a café--a serious, not cute café--will finally be what helps him learn to communicate.
Convinced he's going to die, Euijoo has forgotten how to smile. It will take more than a few drinks to help him remember how to. But maybe the worker behind the counter can help him, too.

Summary
Euijoo, a kind yet bratty omega, begins another year at Lunaris Academy, a prestigious school for werewolves with supernatural abilities. As he reunites with his friends—Harua, Taki, and Yuma—he navigates the usual chaos of classes, crushes, and cafeteria fights. But when a mysterious transfer student arrives, bringing secrets that reach far beyond the school gates, Euijoo's ordinary year spirals into something far bigger than pop quizzes and stolen snacks. Between visions he can't explain, a bond that shouldn't be possible, and a pack that feels more like family every day, Euijoo discovers that sometimes the greatest adventures start with a single stumble—and a strawberry-scented spray.

Summary
Nicholas and EJ are caged in the kind of partnership that shouldn't work - one made up of jagged edges and a sharpened tongue, while the other radiates warmth wrapped beneath a warning label. Together they move through the city's shadows, hunting men who believe money and confidence makes them completely untouchable. The contracts are brief, the system is simple, and the mess is always cleaned up. But the feelings? None of the above.

Summary
Nicholas has always been the type of person to say the wrong thing at full volume and get away with it without consequences, to do and act as he pleases without having to worry about the opinions of others. At Haesung Academy, Nicholas and Yuma have spent several years treating the school like a long-running social experiment in how much they can get away with, and the answer has always been the same: quite a lot. Then, a transfer student arrives mid-semester and causes a rift in the social climate they've worked so hard to maintain: EJ is warm, easy-going, and already laughing with people he met only thirty seconds before. He's also aware of exactly what type of game Nicholas is playing, whether he realizes it or not, and has decided not to feed into it.
Nicholas has never been ignored before. It turns out he doesn't know what to do about it.
// NOTE: STATIC acts as a prequel to Blade & Bait and lays the foundation for how Nicholas and EJ met, however both can be read independently and out of order as desired! \\

Summary
Nicholas stared for a moment, then leaned forward, a grin spreading across his face. “Then we make a deal.”
Euijoo blinked. “A deal?”
“I teach you how to fight. You patch me up. Fair trade.”
“That doesn’t sound fair at all,” Euijoo said, frowning. “You’ll get less out of it.”
Nicholas chuckled. “You’d be surprised how often I get hurt.”
Nicholas has survived gangs, implants, and the kind of streets that chew people up. Now he fights underground matches and tries not to think about the device in his neck that malfunctions more each week.
Euijoo runs a quiet clinic -- too skilled for someone who claims he’s self-taught, too calm for someone living in the slums. Nicholas can’t read him, can’t ignore him, can’t stop returning to him.
What begins as patching wounds becomes something far more intimate -- a pull neither of them asked for, crafted from blood, lies, and the kind of longing that grows in dark places.
But Euijoo’s past isn’t as harmless as he pretends.
And Nicholas’s implant is a ticking fuse.
