Summary
Sometimes Aether and Xiao's feelings for each other became confused. Sometimes they were just battle buddies protecting Liyue's people, other times they just wanted to forget that the rest of the world existed and stay together. But the fear of exposing their hearts was so strong as to simply silence their feelings and continue as if they felt nothing for each other.
If only they knew their fate, maybe they'd have been sincere with each other since the beginning.
