Kanao knew death was inevitable, especially in the Demon Slayer Corp. During the final battle with Muzan she knew that her life had come to an end as Muzan’s tendril pierced through her body. She would join her other fallen comrades, what she didn’t expect was to wake up in the same hell she knew as a child. This time she wasn’t in Japan at all…
Whitebeard was content with his family, he had his sons and daughters; and before some had even met him had already had families of their own. To his surprise his sons surprise him with a granddaughter.

It's raining. Because every story just has to begin in the rain.
It's not quite the welcome home you're hoping for, but you suppose it's a bit of a given since you've been putting it off for four years straight. It's just too bad you won't get to enjoy all that awkward tension when all your plans are thrown off the deep end.
At least falling down a hole and into a trash heap makes for a good excuse! And hey, you even get to make some friends—maybe even something more.
