STAR TREK UNBOUND
Season 1, Episodes 1 & 2When disgraced former Starfleet captain Julian Picard is chosen to command the Federation's new flagship, he's more than a little nonplussed. Unable to turn down such a tantalizing offer, though, he accepts. However, he finds his self-doubt to be worse than he anticipated, something not helped by Starfleet prematurely dispatching the USS Enterprise to the edge of Federation space.
In the remote Alpha Kaitos System, a mystery is afoot. The USS Starseeker, the sister ship of Picard's former command, has gone missing. In its place is a starbase identifying itself as Farpoint Station. Farpoint is a starbase no one commissioned, and one that seems to be haunted. The crew are soon beset by hostile forces and split between Farpoint and the planet below. They must solve the mystery of the starbase and escape enslavement by the monstrous Annoi. Should they fail to find a way to regain control of the situation, their lives as they knew them will be forfeit.
Oh, and how does the chaotic entity "Mister Q" fit into all this?

When alternate history enthusiast James is plucked from his proper time and place by Q to assist his forum friend Josh in a Star Trek: The Next Generation self-insert, he finds himself instead thrown into a self-insert of his own. To his great distress, he is the new Fifth Doctor, superseding the canon one! Struggling with three squabbling companions, the fact he must act out the Watcher's offscreen actions from Logopolis with no guidance, and dealing with the Master destabilizing his mind, James has his work cut out for him.Or, in short, the self-insert I swore I'd never write but somehow ended up doing anyway. Not needless fanwank. This will be akin to proper Doctor Who, just with some twists.

Tim hasn't heard from Sonny in a couple days. When he comes to find out why, he learns his boyfriend's been in a depressive state the whole time. He heads down to Sonny's room to help, which results in their first argument... but, of course, arguments can lead to make-up sex.

The son of neglectful and often-absent parents, Tim Drake longs for the day when he can be rid of them. He also knows something he shouldn’t about his next-door neighbor, the grieving Bruce Wayne. Namely, Mr. Wayne is Gotham City’s famous Caped Crusader, Batman. Ever since the death of his son Jason Todd, the second Robin, Batman has been getting more and more brutal in his methods. Tim is concerned, but surely Batman will calm down once he moves past his younger son’s death.
Then Scarecrow is found hanged to death, and Batman is the only suspect.
With the Dark Knight wanted for murder, the solution may lie with Wayne’s estranged older son in Blüdhaven. However, Dick Grayson has his own grievances with his adoptive father, and is quite content to let Batman deal with the mess alone. Can Tim reunite a broken family, learn the truth of Scarecrow’s death, and clear Batman’s name, all while preventing his parents from finding out what he’s doing?
