' She can’t help her mind wandering though, back to a topic that’s been a frequent visitor in her mind for weeks now, relentlessly pounding against her skull.
Caine had come up to them two months prior, practically glitching with excitement, sharing that they may be able to potentially heal abstraction. He wasn’t positive, but he’d been working closely in the digital files of the Circus lately, giving himself something to do in between their regular activities. He found that the files of their lost friends still existed, but were corrupted, damaged, though fixable, if he was looking at it correctly at least. He couldn’t promise anything, but he had hope that they could actually do something.
This had caused excitement to rise within the group, eyes sparkling and discussion rampant. Voices had overlapped each other, and Pomni couldn’t help the heaviness on her chest of their most recent cast member lost lightening a bit at the positivity of the group, eyes drifting to the large circus tent he resided in most days, when he wasn’t in the aquarium with the others. '

Summary
The summer before fourth year, Harry reaches his breaking point. With no one to run to, and his trust for Dumbledore dwindling by the second, he takes matters into his own hands. Surviving the summer proved easier than he thought, once some compulsions were removed, of course. But imagine his shock when he finds out that he's been expelled because of his new wand, and has to be resorted.
Harry knew where he would go, but he didn't care. It was time for him to turn a new leaf and prove that he's not who everybody thought he was. If people say he's his mama's boy, he'd only ever see it as a compliment, what else could it be?
Or: Harry Potter runs away and has to be resorted. He doesn't care about Dumbledore, and the friendships he thought would last through anything start to crack. He learns to care about himself first, but for some reason, he starts caring about a certain blonde a little too much.
I do NOT support J.K Rowling! This is a safe space for any lgbtq+ individuals! I merely enjoy her characters, but it is sad that they are hers.

Harry fortunately found a job that is nearby, a grocery store. As Harry settles in on this new routine he gets used it until one day on the checkout line he runs into the last person he wants to see.
"P-professor Snape?"
"Potter!"
For Harry it appears to be that things seem to be getting worse but finds that perhaps this is the start of something good.

Summary

When a connection of consciousness is wound between them, and certain truths about Harry are revealed, they have no choice but to bend to the consequences, and hope they emerge on the other side better for it.

Basically, Grace gets exposed to a dangerous amount of radiation during an EVA and doesn't want to tell Rocky bc of what happened to Rocky's crew <3
THIS IS A REWORKED VERSION OF "TEMPEST" - after some comments, I wanted to keep the soul of the story, but make it more scientifically plausible. While there are still probably some inaccuracies, I still hope this isn't as messy as before.

“Yeah, but—”
“You can take time. Think,” Rocky says, kindly, and it’s too much. A life is in his trembling hands.
“No,” Grace puts his palms out in front of him, “No, guys, we need to nurse him back to health. I—I can adapt to another person being in the house. It’ll be...exciting? Yeah, exciting. Please just...please do all you can. Please. Please.”
