Summary
Only in Night City can Vi have gone from an orphan on the street, using nothing but her fists to keep her and her sister alive, to having a family who loves her, making good money as a merc, and spending her free time enjoying the end of her twenties - drinking, taking girls home, and living the best life has to offer for someone like her in a city like this.
But the City of Dreams has its own slew of problems - political corruption and gang violence to name just a few. Vi's newest gig touches all of it and has her crossing paths with a mysterious netrunner, Caitlyn, who turns out to be much more than Vi could have ever prepared for.
Aka: CaitVi in the universe of Cyberpunk - inspired specifically by Cyberpunk 2077, but you don't need knowledge of the game to enjoy!

Summary
Princess Caitlyn of Piltover is the delight of their realm: beautiful, intelligent, and blessed with magic.
As well as being particularly prone to getting herself in trouble.
Fearing for her well-being, or perhaps as punishment, she is assigned a private guard in an attempt to quell her rebelliousness.
It has varied success.
Alternatively described as: this started as a simple "catch the princess's cat to win her hand in marriage, oh she is the cat," trope & then it turned into this 100,000 word monster.

Caitlyn Kiramman is an instructor, principal dancer, and on the board of shareholders at Piltover School of Dance, a renowned dance academy owned by her parents. She's spent her whole life training, working, and doing everything right, but something has changed. Vi is a coach and soloist at Lanes Academy, a nonprofit urban dance collective dedicated to bringing art to the streets of the Undercity.
