Summary
After a scandal involving her old principal, Nicky Watson has to move from her private school to a brand new public school. It's the middle of 6th grade, so everyone already knows each other and has their own cliques. Nicky makes the decision to try and befriend the most popular girl in school: Charlotte Miller. After that fails miserably, she decides she will NEVER talk to her again. One unfortunate fact is that Nicky and Charlotte constantly cross each other's paths, so interactions are unavoidable, and they will be forced to navigate their senior year of high school together.
