Summary
Not all relationships can stand the test of time—especially when said relationship blossoms in tandem with the mounting pressures from the Inquisition.
Cullen and the Inquisitor grow apart just before Corypheus is defeated. In the aftermath, the tension between them and Cullen’s worsening symptoms from his lyrium withdrawal convince him to leave his post and return to South Reach to be with his family. Almost two years later, the Inquisitor arrives there on business and sees him again for the first time. Unsurprisingly, he has not gotten any less handsome, and she is not any less regretful about what happened between them. But reconciliation is not an easy process, nor is it an inevitable one.

Summary
If you’d asked Alistair what he wanted – not that many people ever did – he’d have said, oh, you know, the usual. Eternal rest. The Fade, Maker’s side, all that sort of thing. He wanted to go out like a hero, protecting the woman he loved.
Of course, that depends on actually "going out" in the first place, not just waking up in the Cousland grounds feeling like an ogre’s trampled on your head. And not having the woman you love right next to you, not even knowing your name, because you haven’t met yet.

Here's what I'm looking for:
- Alistair and fem Warden have a huge, angsty, horrible things are said- fight and he walks out
- for whatever reason, months or years later, Alistair realizes he was completely at fault and goes to try to get Fem warden back
- However, Fem warden is PISSED about what Alistair did (that he didn't trust or listen to her, that he said horrible things, abandoned her, etc.) and she is mean and cold to him for a long time.
- Lots of angsty fights, etc. while Alistair tries to win back her love and reestablish trust.
