    Link above are misconceptions about fact v. fiction. Both are interesting reads--both I used to help me through this! I tried fixing the smeyer lore, but it was difficult to do so while preserving the story. I hope I did well enough.

    'New Moon' (and a very condensed 'Eclipse'), but Bella actually falls for Jacob, treats Charlie better, and Jacob imprints on her.

    The beginning chapters will be mostly scenes from New Moon rewritten to have Bella crushing on Jacob a little more. Then, once their friendship is firmly established, it's going to be mostly original scenes, with the occasional, small rewrites of source material.

    In astrology, a 'cazimi' is a crucial moment. It happens when a planet forms an exact conjunction with the Sun, initiating a new cycle. The word is derived from an Arabic phrase meaning “in the heart of the Sun.” Cazimis represent a fleeting, potent moment in a planet's cycle, often initiating a new phase or bringing sudden clarity.

    Jacob is Bella's cazimi in this fic, so I felt it a fitting title. And, of course, Bella is Jacob's loca (lolol).
