Summary: With a family in trouble, a merchant's daughter has no choice but to seek help from a vagrant debt collector. The resulting relationship brings about a love neither one was prepared for.
A novella-style story that likely won't have too many chapters, but I got the idea for it a while ago :) I've tried to do some research on the period it takes place in, but I'm sure I'll get some things wrong. To any historians out there, sorry!

Author's Note: This is just a silly little story rife with anime tropes that I'm writing after finishing Kimetsu Academy. It probably won't have regular updates, but I really liked Ume and Gyutaro in both the original story and the AU spinoff where they're just funny delinquents.
