    In hindsight, Rex was never going to let Fives near any artefacts again, Jedi or otherwise. It caused far too much hassle for him to deal with. Especially when he was trapped in here as well.

    Fives knew he was going to be transferred to cleaning duties on the Resolute after this. He hadn't mean to touch the artefact! He promised!

    This had to be a punishment from Palpatine, this was the fifth time Fox had had to hunt Fives down, as if being considered a traitor to his brothers anyway was bad enough. This would only make it worse, if he could get out of the loop he'd been locked in!
