Summary
Seventeen years was a long time to spend trapped in survival mode, constantly forced to endure all of the hardships thrown his way. Philip had never been one to complain about his misfortunes, he did not whine about how unfair life had treated him. He simply endured. For the sake of survival, but also because he really didn't know what else to do. For Philip, carrying that constant weight around on his shoulders was becoming more and more unbearable as time went on. Living day after day after day subjected to unending torment had eventually left him with a difficult choice to make.
Did he take the "easy" way out and end this pathetic excuse of a life for good? Or, was it worth the effort to start over someplace new, with a renewed sense of hope that, one day, he might become privileged enough to live happily?

Summary
Damien is sent back to South Park to attend high school by his father, much to his annoyance. He doesn't see the point in being forced to go in the first place and doesn't expect that it's going to go well at all. This is exactly what happens, as on his first day, he has a pretty terrible reunion with a former friend from the past.
Pip, traumatized from Damien's actions the last time he'd saw him seven years prior, is shocked to see Damien return to South Park and ends up fleeing in fear at the first sight of him. He refuses to talk to Damien and ignores his presence as best he can. Although, Damien himself is making that somewhat difficult.
