Summary
Skylar Rielly is restarting her life. New state. New hospital. New specialty.
Her journey in medicine has been a rocky one thus far, but she is finding a home in the Pitt. A trauma center where there's only one working speed—fast. Skylar quickly realizes that surviving the Pitt is the exact distraction she needs. There’s no time for falling apart when you have a dozen patients crashing one after another.
Skylar is finding a new family amongst her co-workers in a welcoming environment where learning and honesty are nurtured by her kind and patient attending. For the first time in a long time she has the strength to move forward with her life. Leave her skeletons in the dark where they belong. But what she thought were healed scars turn out to be open wounds, and when wounds go untreated infection sets in.
At the end of the day, Skylar has only three, simple goals:
1. Become a good doctor for her patients.
2. Don't drown in her past.

"Is this some kind of joke?" I whispered in shock, my voice trembling as I stared at the reflection in the ornate mirror before me. Well, her mirror. The polished silver showed a face I knew all too well—just not my own. Pale skin, a cascade of silver-gold hair, and violet eyes that could only belong to one person.
"Who the hell did I piss off to become her? The Black Queen?" My words were almost a growl as I gripped the edges of the vanity, the cold metal biting into my fingers.
That's right. One moment, I was just me, heading home after another long day, and the next... a car came out of nowhere. I don’t even remember the impact, not really. It was too fast. No flashes of light, no angelic choirs—just darkness. And then I was here.
The next thing I knew, a maid was shaking me awake, her voice trembling with reverence as she called me Princess Rhaenyra.

Summary
I've lived more lives than I can count, and died just as many times.
I've seen it all. Cults, famines, the decline of civilizations, war. I was even hung once in Salem after being accused of witchcraft. Nothing surprises me at this point.
And then one day, I wake up in my body in a prison cell in Georgia, of all places, in a world I know by heart, with people I've watched across lives on a TV screen. Suddenly, I don't know anything anymore.
I don't expect to become friends with the rough redneck who should definitely be dead, but I do. I really don't expect to find a whole child who wasn't even part of the show and somehow become fully responsible for keeping him alive. But the biggest shock of all? The way my chest tightens every time Daryl Dixon so much as glances at me.
So now I'm here. Dragging my favorite characters across the southeastern portion of the country, trying to avoid every major catastrophe and plot point while clinging to what little sanity I have left. But every action has a consequence, and I don't know what to plan for anymore.

Summary
It starts out exactly how they had planned it. Steve dies near the Becker swimming pool, gutted like a fish, Casey gets strung up in a tree, eviscerated for her parents to find, and though there had been the hiccup of Casey inviting the new girl -Tatum’s cousin- for a sleep over, she was easily taken out from behind, throat slit and left on the porch to bleed out.
Only, the next day that same girl is sitting as right as rain in Stu Machers and Billy Loomis’s math’s class, throat contrarily pale and freckled and completely slash free.
Well… fuck.
Or: Ghostface gets a victim that just won’t stay dead no matter how many times she’s stabbed or shot, Hemlock Potter has a bit of fun trolling a would-be pair of serial killers, and that somehow leads to the most messed up love story three slightly mad teens can get tangled up in.
Or-Or: Hemlock Potter can’t die, and Stu and Billy find that extremely hot.
