Summary
The Potter Family is extremely well-known in the Wizarding World- at least in Britain. This is due to the fact that one of the sons, Charlie Potter, defeats the Dark Lord Voldemort as a baby. What the Wizarding World forgets is that Charlie had a twin- Harry. Fearing for Harry's jealousy at his brother, their parents Lily and James exclude Harry from family activities. On the twins' eleventh birthdays they get letters. Both get invitations to Hogwarts: School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but Harry gets another: Emrys Academy. Lily and James seize the opportunity to remove Harry from Charlie's life and send him off to that school.
This story begins three years later, in the boys' fourth year, when a certain Dark Lord decides to reign terror upon a specific Academy, uprooting Harry's - and the Potters'- lives.
Note: I did have inspiration for this work, but I can't find it right now. When I do find it, I'll make sure to tag it. Also, I will add tags as characters/tropes appear in the story.Also, recently (March 16th, 2024) changed the title. Used to be "Karma Recompense" but I made that title at like 2:00 AM, and I recently changed it. From Hozier.

Summary
For Freminet, taking the brunt of what he thought was an acid attack aimed towards Spina di Rosula's boss was nothing more than a split second decision. He wouldn't call himself a hero by any stretch of the imagination, and he wouldn't say he led his life with noble and virtuous intentions either...
...but when the urge to help someone comes to him, he ponders little over it. That's just what a good person would do, and Freminet desperately wants to be a good.
(Still, maybe he should have paid more attention to just what was being splashed.)
OR
Freminet dissolves into water. That really should have been the end of it, but it seems like the ocean wasn't keen on letting him go yet.

Summary
At age 14, Midoriya Izuku manifests a quirk. His only problem? It's the weirdest quirk he's ever seen.
"The Gamer" lets Midoriya live life like a video game: stats, skills, XP, and inventory included. And despite its irregularity, Midoriya decides to use it to be the best hero he can be! But... things don’t exactly go according to plan.
When circumstances force Midoriya to register as having regular analysis quirk, he's obliged to max out his intelligence and wisdom stats to keep up the lie. Not to mention keeping the rest of his abilities a secret. After all, the last thing he needs right now is suspicion, not after registering his quirk late and under... to put it charitably, unusual circumstances.
Becoming a hero might just have gotten a little more complicated.
