Kurt's still recovering from the psychological impact of having been viciously assaulted. Blaine knows a few things about that kind of process, and offers Kurt a method that helped him in the past. Maybe it can help them both in their present too.
Set within "The Untitled Rachel Berry Project" perhaps, prompted by the notion that Kurt's angry sweep of the lunch bag across the room in the season finale was motivated by lingering trauma from his bashing.
