You became quite the expert at divining from snapped twigs and footprints pressed into the mud. And it was easy for you to be quiet, because whenever you tried to talk the sounds came out all wrong anyway.
Now, almost two decades later, you still couldn’t talk, but your skill as a finder had only improved.

"You carry a lot of tension in your mid-back," you say as he lets out a ragged moan underneath you. With a little more work, you feel it come undone and you swear his breathing goes near ragged before you rub small circles into his back, moving outward towards his sides.
You move your hands down and they still, as if you're testing him. And he reacts swiftly, you can feel him moving under you subtly, like a viper preparing to strike until he thinks better of it and stills underneath you.
"Don't you dare stop," he practically hisses and you realize you've just made one of the most powerful sorcerers in the world, your master, turn to putty in your hands.
"What's the magic word?"
He lets out a shuddering sigh under you and keens out a quiet "Please."

Summary
A tiny village. Where the center of it all is it’s square and the cafe. Nothing goes unnoticed, and whispers can set up your entire persona. For all my life I thought if I would ever make it to France it would be Nice, Arles, or Montpellier that I first visit. Not eastern France, somewhat close to Switzerland. The town is called Lansquenet. What I realized after leaving Berlin is that my French is not what it used to be. Even the basics sound horrible at the moment. I imagine I’ll be a stick in the mud anyhow to this village. Which I’m also not looking forward to. But anything is better than Berlin.
