There’s a voice in his mind telling him to stop being a brat, to stop isolating himself. But he walks. He walks and walks until he’s standing outside the silver-lined door that catches his reflection. Seokjin looks like a wreck; Face and tips of his ears flushed crimson red, either from the biting cold or from Jeongguk, his hair is tousled, astray in all places, messed up by none other than stupid, dumb Jeongguk. Seokjin is far enough away to not be able to make out the other’s boyish features when he sees him through the reflection, but his chest tightens.
No, never mind. He doesn’t want to turn around to presumably see Jeongguk’s big doe eyes, and a stupid pout on his lips. Because he doesn’t. So, he enters the bungalow again to look for Hoseok.

Friends with benefits is hard because a) you're not friends, b) the benefits may outweigh the fact you hate each other, and c) Jeon Jeongguk is annoyingly hot, and it does Seokjin's head in.

Rich. That’s what Seokjin would call his voice. A little lilting. Once again, he thinks about asking Jeongguk if enjoyed doing karaoke in his free time. “Get what out of the way?”
“The elephant in the room.”
Seokjin’s lips part. “The one with the ball gag in its mouth?”
Jeongguk actually smiles, then scrunches an eyebrow like he's pondering. He leans his head in slightly, as if to tell Seokjin he's in on the secret, before he drops his voice and whispers low, “Not my style.”

Back in December, on Seokjin’s birthday, Jeongguk made a promise: six-six.
He’d spend no more than six months on tour, and the remaining six months would be for him and Seokjin. But it’s already July, Jeongguk is still away, and what’s worse, now he has to call Seokjin again, to ask: one last tour extension? He’s ready to promise there will be no more, after.
But when he calls Seokjin, the answer is damning—Seokjin, exhausted with the way things are, has gone to Malta “to think.” Knowing what that means, Jeongguk springs into action.
Will he manage to mend things? Or will he have to lose the man he knows is the love of his life?
