Lexa was the determined musician that was supposed to make it out of the small town where she lived and Clarke was the supposed to follow her mothers footsteps and study medicine somewhere in the big city.
The two where united by destiny and broken apart by it only to four years later be brought back together by it.
Lexa and Clarke never forgot nor did they ever stop loving each other, but that chapter of their lives did end there in a terminal of an airport and what they didn’t know is that it would begin in that same place.

This is a The 100 AU that stays rather close to the first three seasons of the series, but takes liberties with the characters, setting, and order of events, and will eventually depart from the series plot because I keep resurrecting characters, which inevitably changes the storyline. Lots of ships still sailing, I am not outwardly discriminating any, if you have favourites.
If the relationship tag is "Name/Name" it's sexual/romantic, if it's "Name & Name" it's platonic.I am also not going to kill (most of) your favourite characters. So, if you want a wild ride without hurling whatever device you read on at the wall, this is for you!
Most ships are slow-burn, this is heavy in plot-focus (but the plot is awesome?).
This can be read without having seen the series or read the books, I'll guide you through, but you may get more of the jokes if you are familiar.I'll put a general warning here - discussion of sensitive topics.

Summary

Don't judge Clarke too soon. She get's a major backstory after chapter three. It will help you understand her more.
