He’s fine, he’s slept alone before, he can sleep alone again. He doesn’t need someone watching him, he’s not a baby, crying in the dark for a… what’s the word…. nightlight! Adults don’t babble for their parents after a nightmare. His skin doesn’t crawl, there’s no sense of impending doom, there’s no danger crawling up from the shadows, and there’s certainly nothing wrong with Rocky- he’s in the next room over, the same place he’s been for the last few days, working on his project alone, just like he wanted-
Grace is tired. He’s so, so tired.
Or: Grace and Rocky have an argument that results in them avoiding each other, which leads Grace to realise he's become more reliant on Eridian customs then he first thought.

Grace lets out a small—albeit a little sad—chuckle. “I’m pretty sure I don’t have one.”
“What?!” Rocky screeches.
Grace flinches back a bit from the noise. At least Rocky has the gall to look a little sympathetic after his outburst.
“Apology apology apology, just confused.”
Grace nods in agreement. “I’m not too sure about it either, buddy, but people used to look down on me for it– no, not down,” he thinks, trying his best to pull at any other memories soulmate related of his that are willing to come to the surface of his mind, “They looked at me with pity,” He trails off.
“No no no. Not right. Grace have soulmate, surely.”
Grace laughs and shakes his head. “At this point, I hope I don’t have one. Imagine having the other half of you shot up into space before you could even meet them. I wouldn’t want to do that to them.”
“But Grace go home now, Grace find mate!”

Rocky is, against all odds, alive. After over half an century (always Earth units!) away from home, he's more than ecstatic to be back. His star is brightening, his mate waited for him, and all of Erid loves him. Any request he has is almost instantly fulfilled. Life is good.
So why are neither of them happy?

It had only been a few days since first settling into his biodome that Grace finally had the energy and Adrian finally had the time for them to meet.
Grace knew it was gonna happen sooner or later, ever since Rocky first brought up the aspect of them meeting early on into his recovery. Adrian had wanted to meet Grace for some time, especially after they had, apparently, accompanied Rocky multiple times to help watch Grace when he was horribly sick from malnutrition. And now, with Grace more or less steady on his feet and Adrian done with most of their major work on the biodome, they could finally meet face to… rock face.
And, boy, did Grace wish he still had some vodka left.
Or: Grace is nervous about finally meeting Adrian. However, he quickly learns that he has nothing to worry about.

After the defeat of Gabriel Agreste and the disappearance of the mysterious peacock miraculous user, Marinette is left to try her best as Guardian and pick up the pieces. With the kwamis left in hibernation, no leads on the missing peacock miraculous, and no way to contact her beloved partner, she's left to her wit's end on where to proceed.
That is, until the prime suspect of the peacock wielder coincidentally takes up an apprenticeship at her parents' bakery. Adrien Agreste, son of Hawkmoth, has seemingly planted his roots in her home while Marinette was away for an apprenticeship. This could either be a disaster in the making, or the perfect opportunity to retrieve the missing miraculous... either way, it's war.
At least, it would be, if the gosh darn villain weren't so sweet!
