Summary
Pack.
The word stirred something deep and aching in Seonghwa’s chest. He’d watched them from behind fences, from village edges, and from the safety of chains. Wolves who moved together, slept together, and fought together.
“I won’t stay,” he promised quickly. “Just—please. Let me rest.”
Hongjoong straightened, gaze flicking briefly to the other two. They waited on him, tension coiled tight.
“You get three nights,” Hongjoong said. “Until you can walk.”
Hope flared so bright it hurt.
“After that,” Hongjoong continued, voice hardening, “you leave. You are not pack.”
The words landed like a reminder, sharp but fair. The pain stung, but Seonghwa couldn't be mad. He wasn't pack. Relief crashed through Seonghwa anyway. His chest heaved, breath shuddering.
“Thank you,” he whispered.
---------------
Or. Seonghwa was raised as a pet -- a dog. He was born a wolf. Strong, elegant ... easily submissive and easy to train. Except, one day, he is chased from the only place he knows as home. They had the other dogs attack him.
He didn't know how to survive on his own. He was barely a wolf. He knew nothing of pack dynamics or even how to hunt.

Summary
The sky is the wrong kind of green.
They’re in position, south of the hook, watching a supercell organize itself into something beautiful and dangerous. Hongjoong trusts the radar. Yunho trusts the road. Wooyoung leans too far for the shot.
Then the circulation widens. The wind shifts. The storm turns.
What follows is metal screaming, glass exploding, ribs cracking, and a field left silent after violence.
A storm chasing AU one-shot about miscalculation, survival, and the kind of luck you don’t talk about too loudly.
Inspired by real events.

Summary
Two abandoned dogs wait in the park because they were taught that waiting is what good dogs do. Seonghwa still sits when the leash goes slack. Yeosang stays because leaving was never an option he was given. When they’re taken in by a feral city pack, survival comes with rules no one explains and bonds that must be chosen, not enforced. Injuries heal slowly, trust even slower, and the line between protection and possession is tested again and again. As puppies are born, territories are threatened, and instincts refuse to stay buried, each member of the pack must decide what it means to belong when no one is owned—and everyone stays anyway. When the Leash Went Slack: Chosen, Not Kept is a hurt/comfort-heavy, found family story with slow-burn bonds, animal instincts, and quiet devotion, where love is not a command—but a choice.

Summary
"You're injured!"
"We have to keep moving," Hongjoong hissed as he leaned against the smooth rocks of the cave wall.
He winced as he went to push himself off of it. They had to keep moving. The producer gripped his side as he felt the warm sensation of his blood seeping from the wound in his side. He hadn't expected the hybrid to swipe its tail at him -- he should be glad that the spike didn't impale him.
"Joong!" hissed Seonghwa. "Stop -- just stop."
Hongjoong paused in his movements to stare at the model. He could see that Seonghwa was at his wit's ends. He knew that the older was about to crack whatever wall that was holding him steady. Brown eyes narrowed at the taller man before a scoff forced its way from his throat. Seonghwa looked hurt, broken at the simple sound.
"How can we stop?" whispered Hongjoong. "We lost -- We lost Wooyoung. I'm not going to lose anybody else."

“L-Let me go g-get you some n-napkins.”
“No, no,” he said as he shook his head. “I don’t need them. I’m just going to go home and change my shirt.”
“No!” she exclaimed. “I just – you –”
“Breathe,” he said with a soft chuckle. “I promise that is nothing. How about I buy you another coffee since I came out of nowhere? It'd make me feel better.”

Megan had ran to South Korea to get a new start. Divorce, legal battles -- potential new experiences. It'd be great. Then, she accidentally spills coffee on somebody at the coffee shop.
Honestly, embarrassing.
Though, something new comes from the incident -- and she's willing to give it a try. Though, she probably should have realized who she was talking to at the very beginning.

Summary
Life and death can be described as a wave. When a wave rises, you can measure its height and weight, note the colors of the water, and capture its presence in a photograph. You can say in complete confidence that this is a wave. Yet no matter what you may do to preserve the wave's existence, to prove that it was here on earth, the wave will crash against the shore. It will kiss the sand in both a first hello and final goodbye before retreating to the waters it came from. It will never come back, but it was there.
Kim Hongjoong spent his entire life with the waves. His childhood was spent splashing along the shallow reef that constructed his backyard, and summer days were filled with chasing little sea creatures and hybrids alike. He dreamed of becoming a marine biologist specializing in hybrid care. When the time finally came for his senior year lab with his undergraduate degree, his acceptance into the top hybrid rehab facility in Australia catapulted his career. But what happens if he can't fit in with the facility's permanent residents? What happens if he can't handle the workload? What happens if he isn't cut out for this?
What if a solitary deep-sea hybrid suddenly decides he can't live without Hongjoong?
