Summary
Eighteen years have passed since the death of Sultan Oasis of the Sahran Sultanate, killed by a scavenger's thunderspear. A war of succession has encompassed all major tribes of Pyrrhia, killing dozens of thousands of dragons, the bloodiest war in draconic history.
An elaborate plan by the Talons of Peace is created to end the war, and seven dragonets become caught in the crossfire.

He’s gotten stoned in Shitty’s, and Lardo’s, crashed on Jack’s floor after a kegster, gone to Bitty’s for advice, and checked Ransom and Holster’s for ghosts.
