Summary
After the events of Into Darkness, Jim is suffering from survivor’s guilt and a multitude of medical problems brought on from having died. Spock and McCoy are doing all they can to help him through it.
Expect the recovery process to include lots and lots of emotional and physical whump.
(Set between Jim’s resurrection and the speech he gave at the end of Into Darkness. Keep in mind, an entire year passed in that time, so this will be a long fic. Much of this is a study on mental health at its lowest.

Summary

Summary
Silence.
Jim pulls back the comm to look at the little screen. They’re still connected.
“Spock?” He asks. Nothing. Jim is about to snap the comm closed in frustration, when he hears a ragged inhale.
“You’re on a roof?” Spock’s voice is deadly soft, flat and hard and…something else that Jim’s brain won’t process. Jim rolls his eyes. He grabs another drink and wrestles it open, taking three large swigs before he bothers responding.
