And the thing is - he shouldn’t be hurt, he’s actually a bit baffled as to why those few events, those brief couple of interactions among all the others have bothered him. Why had they lingered? Kuroo is a recent hire and has been given a bit of leeway as he acclimates to his new job. He's been tasked with cleaning the enclosure and feeding the owls, and it should be easy enough considering most of them are asleep during the day.
