Trust me, it’s the only perk.” What if Sherlock actually attempted suicide, and was caught by John and Mycroft in the act? I tried to keep them in character as best I could. Mild language warning.

Hey, reader, just before you go any further I want to give you a quick warning.
This story is going to deal with some pretty dark stuff, especially when it comes to suicide. This will include discussions of suicide, scenes of attempted suicide, depictions of suicidal thoughts, mentions of past suicides, and scenes of main characters committing suicide (the last one is only in a dream, so no none of the main characters actually die dies, but still.)
If you are at all sensitive to depictions of suicide than please skip this.Also! The rating is not for sex, this is purely about disturbing content. So wether that's a negative or a positive for you, just keep it in mind.
(Update: I have officially finished all 40 chapters! Now all that's left is to edit them and post them! Going forward you can expect a new chapter every Saturday and Sunday.)

Summary
The different channels spotlit them with the red and yellow of breaking news and blue and green of the nature channels, occasionally rainbow, coming from whatever children’s show was still on at 11pm.
Tom laughed soft.
“You are just going in circles at this point. I now know the plot of”- he squints -”Pocoyó?”
AJ doesn’t look up at him, staring at the TV still, but Tom can see him smile. The younger man switches a few channels going over the natural disaster report and the black and white rerun. He groans.
AJ turns off the TV, leaving them in the dark. He is now laying on Tom’s chest, the tall one’s arms hugging him. He hides his face.
“We can go to sleep if you want to” Tom murmurs.
AJ listens to Tom’s heartbeat, one he could never handle stopping. He doesn’t want to sleep yet; he never does at 11 (maybe that’s a problem, but he definitely can’t handle that now).by jácint
