Thalia Grace has a mission, a quest to prove she is good enough.

Both girls are not only fighting themselves and the conscious which kills us slowly but also facing an adventure to bury bodies that should have been forgotten millennia ago for Artemis. Capaneus, son of Niobe, the woman who bragged and faced the consequences by watching all of her children be slaughtered by the twins, Artemis and Apollo in a rage of fury. Capeneus is wanting his revenge. Thalia and Reyna have to stop whatever is being planned, accompanied by Nikita, the final member of the quest trio.
No one knows what comes next, not even the gods.

He was willing to chip at it, at his father’s carefully constructed cage, bit by bit. He could make it clear that his body was not his; and what with everybody so keen to take control of it, he could make sure they know that everybody—anybody was welcome to do with it what they will.
(He didn’t hate his father as much as he hated himself anymore.)
It was a small rebellion, more or less invisible, but he could see it. And Neil Perry just wasn’t brave enough to rebel in bolder colours anymore.
After a failed suicide attempt, Neil is desperately trying to hang on to who he was before, but that person is slipping through his fingers. He’s not sure whether he ever existed at all.

He is miserable, which makes Todd miserable, too. So when the chance comes to make Todd happy, he snatches it.
