Summary
Obi-wan Kenobi is a Knight of the Jedi Order. A sect of magic users who devote their lives to serving others. While on a mission with his young squire, Anakin Skywalker, the two are suddenly ambushed and taken prisoner.
When he wakes he is not surprised to find himself in yet another dungeon cell. But the situation quickly takes a turn for the worse when the one man he had hoped to never meet again appears before him. With no weapons and his magic sealed Obi-wan will do everything he can to protect his young squire, even if it means submitting to the Dragon King of Mandalore.

Summary
A thousand years ago the Jedi Order made a choice. They were in the midst of a collapse, buffeted by forces on every side and afraid they were seeing the end of their Order. Most of the Galaxy saw soulmarks as little more than an interesting phenomenon. Debate raged between cultures, peoples, and planets, over how to interpret them. To the Jedi the choice was simple in the midst of much greater choices they were being forced to make. Take away any Jedi's soulmark. Remove one obstacle and point of contention. To the majority of the Galaxy it didn't matter, they ignored theirs regardless.
But to Mandalorians the call of soul to soul is one of the most sacred bonds. Only one with a soulmark could be called as the Mand'alor and their other half as the Be'alor. Any who swore the oaths of a Mandalorian would know who these beings were. It was a call of soul to soul.
Obi-Wan Kenobi was born with a soulmark. Taken away from him as an infant, he never felt the loss until fate intervened on the planet of Mandalore.

Summary
The Jedi Order has a dark secret hiding in plain sight. It is because of that secret that when Master Jinn arrives at the Tython Temple to take Obi-Wan with him on a mission into Mandalorian controlled territory, he has no choice but to comply.
There are rumors that two Jedi have crossed the border and were gallivanting around on a Mandalorian controlled moon, so Jango and a team of his men go to investigate the claims. He doesn't expect to uncover such a dark secret that will change Mandalore's views on the Jedi forever. And he doesn't expect his own personal life would become just as changed when he lets Obi-Wan Kenobi into it.

Summary
