He met her eyes from across his desk as she approached with that air of confidence she always had, so sure of herself and her decisions. Ryland’s statue doesn’t age. It hasn’t wrinkled like Colt has. It looks relaxed, content, but human. It sits with one leg tucked up against its chest, leaning back against the statue of Rocky. Its chin is tilted down, not up. It makes direct eye contact with the person sitting on the bench in front of it.
Ryland makes direct eye contact with Colt, and looks exactly the same as the last time he saw him.

Colt Seavers is asked to be a Stunt Coordinator for TerryBytes first film while Tom Ryder is on an "indefinite hiatus" that films in San Francisco. He accepts because the pay is great and he gets to hang out with his twin brother during filming.
Simon Fisher is a brand new stuntman with a past he's trying to outrun that just wants to do a good job. When he learns the legendary Colt Seavers is joining, he thinks this is his big break. Then he meets Colt's twin brother, and damnit he's just Simon's type.
Ryland Grace is just a science teacher, his brother is the big deal, not that he's particularly fond of what Colt does for a living. Well, okay, maybe it's not all that bad, especially not when he gets to be on set for his favorite Youtubers new movie when class gets out. But ope, his stuntman is the most handsome guy he's ever met.
Then Tom Ryder enters the scene again, and all hell breaks loose.

Summary
Overall, he just feels like Colt Seavers again. Almost. Because Colt Seavers is still a brother, and even now, over a year since he came out of hiding, he hasn't quite worked up the courage to regain that part of his life back yet.
Colt finally works up the courage to reconnect with Ryland after his injury and everything that came after. But the Ryland he's relearning is different than the one he knew. Most concerningly, not interested in anyone, relationship-adverse Ryland Grace is now in a relationship with not one alpha, but two. Obviously, his brother's been replaced.

Five times Colt Seavers felt like Rocky and Adrian were terrible matches for his brother, and the one time he realizes that they might still be the perfect mates for him anyway.
