Namjoon frowns. “Is that a trick question?”
Well, at least he’s well-trained. Seokjin takes another sip and sets the glass down. “I’ll answer, then: too old for you.”
Namjoon frowns petulantly. “You don’t look a day over thirty-five.”
Maybe not as well-trained as Seokjin thought. “Aish! My hairstylist says I look thirty-two!”
“I like older men!” Namjoon backtracks.
Older Men! Seokjin practically has a heart attack on his stool.
Seokjin doesn’t date men in their twenties. Namjoon doesn’t take no for an answer.

Summary

Canon Compliant fic based in 2021, one year after Kim Seokjin’s compulsory enlistment in the army forces. Inspired to write this as all the Korean boys must go to military training when they turn 30 (or earlier if they want), but there is the reality of South Korea passing a law that this mandatory event is not compulsory for male idols.
