There’s a flush riding high on his cheeks, and he shuffles on his feet, bending down to pick up the girl to rest her on his hip. He’s quiet for a few moments, rocking back and forth to shift his weight from foot to foot.
“I do.” Atsumu finally says, pressing a kiss to his daughter’s cheek. “Yuki, this is Sakusa.” Atsumu glances up at Kiyoomi, looking a little embarrassed and a little shy. “She’s five.”

So that means Atsumu had Yuki when he was eighteen.
