Summary
Pearl veered around another trunk, risking a glance behind her to ensure she wasn’t being pursued. Her breath of relief was cut short as she returned her attention towards her flight path. She quickly spread her wings in a desperate attempt to slow her trajectory and prevent the impending collision. Her efforts were useless as she found herself brushing against tapestry of orange fibers before smacking against a firm surface with a weak thud. As she recoiled from the collision, a loud yelp reverberated throughout the forest.
“DÄSHK”

Pearl is fleeing her village during a raid. While searching for shelter she collides with a creature larger than life.

Summary
It was no secret that almost every Hermit had, well, a secret. The Server had relatively few rules, but one of those few rules was to not ask about the past of another Hermit. They were friends, they trusted each other, they didn’t need to know where they’d come from or what they’d done. If they wanted to keep things a secret, if they wanted a chance to move on, to be safe, to start afresh, they were completely entitled to it. If they wanted to share part of their life, it was done on their terms. There were plenty of Hermits that did choose to share parts of their life.
But not Grian. Never Grian.
He would take his past to his grave, whenever and wherever that happened to be.
