I've seen a lot of fics where Naruto and Sasuke cheat on their wives. This is fine, it's just not something I can buy into.
Here is my version of their respective divorces. It is messy. It is sad, as most divorces are. Nobody is the bad guy here. Everyone loses this battle; but, in the end, everyone wins the war.

When her hair was finally tied back with a single ribbon, Temari took off towards the door to her bedroom, slippered feet scuffing against the rug. Her handmaids followed, matching her stiff posture. She did not hesitate in her quick step, although she dreaded each one she took. Dawdling would only make it worse. Other servants were rushing to and fro, frantically lighting candles on the walls. Temari could hear the sound of her father’s voice echoing from the living room as she descended the stairs from the second floor.
