Summary
After the encounter with the Disir, Merlin finds himself forced to take destiny into his own hands to prevent Arthur's fate and must come to accept his role as Emrys.
Arthur, too, is afraid he has sealed the fate of Camelot in refusing to allow magic to return to the land. When he hears tell of the fated Emrys, a God who is meant to help him usher in a golden age of peace, he cannot imagine turning down his kingdom's last chance at salvation.

"You can just," She swallows, guiding Arthur's hand between her legs, under the hem of her dress, and when his fingers brush against the softness of her thigh he stutters, fingers twitching against her.
"Fucking hell," He groans, forehead resting against her, breathing hard into the space between them,
"Easy access," She breathes, and Arthur whines against her, before his fingers travel upwards. They tug at the fabric of her underwear, and as promised it's easy to push aside, cool air brushing against the wetness of her folds.
