There were instances that happened to him often when he was but a small lamb, as he had come to learn at his age that his eyes often shook without him trying. Derek assumed maybe this was simply the same issue, the case of his single good eye shaking and struggling with the lack of his left, but the dizzy spells only grew worse with time. And with them, his right eye's vision began to falter as well.

Late nights like these weren't common for Moe. Usually she was the first to bed and first to rise between Ze, Regect, and herself, but she found tonight she just couldn't get comfortable. So she took to the couch to keep her mind distracted with a bit of quiet TV until she could find it in herself to sleep.
Except this plan was almost immediately thwarted upon finding Ze himself sitting alone in the dark with nothing but the soft patter of rain to keep him company.

Through their shared grief after surviving their experience within the realm of the King, the two slowly pick themselves up and learn to heal best they can at their own pace.

Summary
In which the Astronomers live past the Denial Ending, having been ignored by the Visitor as it plucked Sam from between them and left them on that roof alone. Each of them are changed, and with these changes they grow to figure themselves out over time, struggling most on understanding just where they're meant to go and what they're meant to do.
Perhaps Jasper taking a step forward and reconnecting with Sybil with the help of newly appointed World Protector Sam is the push they all need.
