Arthur, on his first solo hunting trip, is attacked. He nearly died but somehow awoke to an empty forest alone, no dire wolf in sight. He doesn't bother to look for it and returns home, disgusted with himself at the idea of killing the beast.

Arthur's had many dreams before. Mostly about Uther giving him a genuine smile or them going for a ride together, sometimes about other things too like being the best knight ever in Camelot or having his favorite fruit tart everynight for dinner or even towering ents guiding him through the trees that surround his kingdom, or about a unicorn giving him a showing of gentle, magical sparks. One time he even dreamt of riding a dragon.
This one though, this one is the first time anyone's spoke to him in a dream.

Summary
Obi-Wan Kenobi was supposed to be the steady one. The calm center. The Jedi Master holding the galaxy together.
Then he started hearing voices.They weren’t Sith. They weren’t ghosts. They were—himself. Or rather, eighteen(now!) wildly different versions of himself—tragic poets, mob bosses, hotel-haunted hermits, priests with holy guilt complexes, hopeless romantics, and yes, even a soft-spoken incarnation of God who refuses to interfere unless ethically necessary.
Now Obi-Wan is secretly hosting a multiversal support group in his own mind, and they're not always supportive.
As the Clone Wars spiral toward disaster, these "alters" are determined to help him rewrite destiny and stop the rise of the Empire. But with conflicting ideologies, chaotic personalities, and the occasional spontaneous musical number, saving the galaxy might be the easy part.

As Patty tears around the corner and takes in the sight of Devil May Cry towering tall and decrepit above her, she sees the shop windows completely dark. Could Dante not be home from his job yet? And if it’s taking this long, surely it must be going well for once. Maybe he’ll have finally some money when he gets home.
If that weirdo guy who kept insisting he was ‘Anthony’ actually pays him, anyway. Or he doesn’t blow it all on junk-food the second he gets home.
But when she yanks open the front door, lungs burning and legs ready to drop her, and finds a dark silhouette sat by the window, haloed only by the thick light of streetlights filtering through the dirty windows... Patty immediately knows something is wrong.
