Summary
The Hail Mary has been shot out into the depths of the infinite void of space to search for an answer that may not even be there. Aboard, the three crew members lay in stasis as the ship hurtles like an arrow towards a distant star, with no hope of return, but a desperate hope to make things right.
At home, two brothers are left in sudden and violent grief. A woman grapples with whether or not she made the right decision. The world strains and suffers under the weight of the coming Fimbulwinter.

Summary
Project Hail Mary failed when the Hail Mary burned up in Adrian’s atmosphere. Grace is surprised to find that he is not only still alive, but back in the past to when he first got involved with the project. Unfortunately, the time travel does not stop there. Time is a record that skips, sometimes it goes back, sometimes it skips forward, sometimes it loops.
OR
Grace gets sent back in time without all of his memories and gets thrown around the timeline like a crochet Earth hacky sack.

Summary
Adrian’s below us. A beautiful swirl of greens. With a view like that, I can only stay a little mad at it with the little “almost killed us” fiasco. Unfamiliar constellations and the arm of the Milky Way fill the rest of my view. I start panning my view closer to Tau Ceti when I spot it.

Grace has to handle First Contact with an alien planet with what meager Eridian his one set of vocal chords can make.
This Is Fine. This is totally, completely, utterly fine.(Grace sounds like a pebble. This, alongside Eridian's extended lifespans, kicks off a chain of misunderstandings that Grace would find utterly mortifying if he knew what the heck was going on.)

Erid had lost hope of the crew they sent to space ever returning. And then they spot a different ship coming towards them and a pebble talking to them over the radio about how they and Rocky found the solution to the star-killer problem. Chaos, of course, ensues.
