Summary
It’s not every day you wake up in the bed of your brother’s boss, who is also your guardian/mentor/enemy/friend/whatever the hell Mephisto is to Rin. But then, it’s also not every day you are burned alive by infernal powers inherited from the mad king of hell, then resurrected again by said powers... and then sent to the past to fix the now irrelevant conduit for said powers with no explanation of why this might be important. Rin’s life is complicated.

Summary
The Hunter and the Scholar are on a long journey from reluctant comrades to friends, to partners, to lovers. On the way there, they have to deal with not only some classic Castlevania enemies, but also a prophecy, a whole lot of mundane chores, their own unwise habits and impulses, and worst of all, tedium and random people.
