Summary
Rudo wakes up one morning not feeling too great, and since he's stubborn, he decides to try to hide it from the cleaners because he doesn't want to be a burden. Eventually, the cleaners realize why he was being so quiet and help him.
We don't judge. It's my first Fic, and I'm doing this because I'm procrastinating doing all my missing work before the school year ends

Summary
Rudo let out a weak, frustrated groan, dropping his head back against the stone. Going back inside meant facing the gauntlet of worried looks and questions again, and his burning hands didn't even feel capable of holding a fork right now anyway. The fire in his wrists was pulsing in perfect time with the thumping behind his eyes. He just needed a minute to sit here in the quiet and close his eyes…
“Rudo?”
His eyes snapped open.
For a brief, disoriented second, he almost expected to see Regto standing over him, cool compress in hand.
Instead, Enjin was crouched in front of him, one arm resting on his knee. The older man's sharp eyes were narrowed, taking in the posture, the untouched plate of food, and the heavy sweat dampening Rudo's hair.
OR,
Rudo gets sick. Enjin's there to help.

Summary
His arms still burned, but it was no longer the crippling pain he had felt before. Rudo forced his eyes back up to meet Enjin’s.“...Enjin, wha-?”
“You tell me. Here I was, ready to take our resident Spherite trash picking, and he decided to show me up. I waited for about half an hour, then figured you got sidetracked and came to see what was up.” The tone of his voice shifted from casual to serious and the always present smirk dropped from his face. “Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to find soiled bandages and blood on the floor.”

Summary
This was the plan: they needed someone who was close to Canute, capable of killing the King, and willing to take the blame for it afterwards. A tall order, indeed.
Luckily, Askeladd had just the brat in mind for the job. It was about time Thorfinn finally outlived his usefulness anyway.
He didn’t regret it. Not one bit.
