Izuku has always been and will always be special, in every world, in every timeline. He is the one constant as events and people circulate around him. The catalyst. He changes, yes, and so the outcome sometimes changes, sometimes not. No one truly knows after all. No one that is mortal.
In some worlds, Izuku defines what it is truly like to be a hero. He would have clutched on to his dreams with both hands and was given a quirk, rising to the Number 1 spot wreathed in green lightning, the successor of All Might, him being crowned the new Symbol of Peace. In some worlds, Izuku fell and turned towards villainy in the dark underbelly of society. Changing society entirely to become a hero to those thrown to the side and locked away, the rising Symbol of Freedom. In some worlds, Izuku forged his own path. Becoming a vigilante and saving people in spite of his quirklessness, carving out a space for himself as a Symbol of Hope.
But in this world, Izuku finds solace in dance and learns to accept himself. He creates his own peace and safety and has no intention to become a hero. Once again, like in many worlds, Izuku becomes a hero anyway.
