"I suppose... there was one other boy, but that never would've worked out." He thought of a kind smile, a new assurance in his people reading skills. A easy and curt conversation, a kind but straight forward stranger. One who had integrity, and didn't squirm under Kurt's gaze as though being assaulted by his iris. A nice guy, who actually liked his voice - the feeling of something new. Not the same feeling of an unexpected re ignition of a spark thought to have died, polite and gentlemanly but instead a warm promise that brought an easy smile to Kurt and a feeling of being understood despite his differences and maybe even liked for those differences.
