( 🌕 ) -- Jay thought Jungwon was joking when he said he'd start a live. He was wrong.
They had just come back from their relentless practice for the day and freshen up at Jay's dorm. He suggested the drinking while Jungwon suggested something risky.
Too risky to be said out loud.
Doing a live without the staff's permission. Flustered, he spoke to engenes shyly, Jungwon was being bold. And loud. Or the mix of the two along with his drink.
Jay prayed that the staff doesn't check up on them this late at night, especially with Jungwon.The live went by in a hurry.
And that didn't (did) escalate well.

The nights in Seoul are quiet. Not silent—never silent. Somewhere in the distance, tires hiss against rain-soaked roads, neon signs flicker unevenly. Dim streetlights hum like they’re holding onto secrets too old to tell. The breeze brushes against Jungwon’s face, cold enough to sting. It slips through the sleeves of his hoodie and settles somewhere deep in his chest, somewhere already aching. A cough escapes him, weak and tired. He laughs quietly at himself. Even the cold sounds lonely tonight.
“Maybe in another life…”
His voice trembles, breaking somewhere between the wind and the city lights. He pauses, breath hitching halfway through the sentence as though the words themselves hurt too much to finish.
A tear slips down his cheek.
Then another.
Warm against skin that had long gone cold.
“Maybe in another life…” he whispers again, softer this time, almost like a prayer meant for no one. “Memories weren’t so fragile.”
The city stays quiet.
