Summary
A woman is abducted by aliens in her sleep. When she wakes up, her belly begins to grow, and she quickly realizes that she's pregnant. She grows past full term, past due with twins, then triplets, quads, and so on, until she gives birth to an adult-sized humanoid alien. Unfortunately for her, it doesn't end there.
Note: the weight gain is only mentioned a couple of times, and briefly. There is no gore, bursting, or anything of the like.
