Anyone else on the team wouldn’t have given much away. Terrific certainly wouldn’t have and the most Kendra would’ve done was roll her eyes. But Guy was… well Guy and he didn’t give a shit about retaining a poker face in the public eye or keeping his mouth shut when an entire audience was staring at him with anticipation.
Whatever anyone thought he was going to say, they were dead wrong because Guy Gardner was nothing if not unpredictable.
