    Megumi’s breath caught as he looked up, finding himself face-to-face with the khal. Sukuna’s eyes were even more intense up close, dark red and piercing, his expression inscrutable as he studied Megumi’s face.

    His thumb brushed over Megumi’s cheek, almost curious, before his eyes flicked down, taking in the silk gown that clung to his frame. His lips twitched, a glint of amusement in his gaze before he spoke, his voice deep, rough, and in a language Megumi didn’t understand.

    “Are they just on your face? Or are they everywhere?”

    “They’re everywhere,” Fushiguro shifted closer, trying to see the black tattoos, “What the hell? What is going on, sweetheart?”

    As Fushiguro stood below Sukuna, he reached out to grab the Alpha’s arm. With Sukuna’s permission, he pushed up the hoodie sleeve to admire the rings of black ink wrapping around the tan muscle. A pale finger traced the band closest to Sukuna’s hand. From this angle, Sukuna could see past the high collar of the white button-up. Thick scent blockers were stuck to the collum of Fushiguro’s neck. The skin around the application was red and irritated. Sukuna felt a few more traces around his arm, light humming accompanying the touches.

    Fushiguro took a step back, to Sukuna’s relief and disappointment.

    “My name is Fushiguro Megumi. I’m a student at Tokyo Jujutsu Technical High School. How long have you been seeing curses? Have you always been able to see them?”

    or: sukuna thinks that curses are psychotic hallucinations. megumi finds him and tells him that's not the case and sukuna falls in love instantly.
