"Hey, Luffy, is something wrong?" He couldn't figure out what it was, but something was off with his captain.
He wasn't ashamed; no pirate had ever been ashamed of sleeping around. And in truth, he thought it was pretty funny, sleeping around with strangers every night and not being able to actually sleep for three full hours, jolting awake after two if he managed to fall asleep at all.
When that handsome, green-haired man looked him in the eyes and asked him that simple question, he didn't know which part of it- of all of it- would be worse to tell. He liked things the way they were; they still saw the cheerful captain they'd known and chosen to follow, not whatever he'd slowly turned into after so many sleepless nights.
