In this AU, she survived the Gala massacre, albeit with severe head trauma.Now she walks her final days on Earth, and the final days of Earth in its entirety. She strikes up the band again and goes on one last adventure into the unknown, no parents to stop her, nothing left to get in her way. Though she must come to terms with the life she has lived, and accept the feelings she has for the people around her, and the world itself. Can she bring herself to forgive those who wronged her? Or has the pain caused her to become another monster...

you reached out a hand to his cheek. he seemed to allow it, even if john’s pupils followed vigilantly. the touch was gentle, thumbing away any flakes of crimson still on him. there was an animalistic purr that came from his chest, as his lips curled into a softer smile.
yet, you knew those eyes. a thousand yard stare that, no matter how much love he registered in them for you, they were far detached.
