Five times Keith and Lance go on 'missions' together and one time they don't.
OR
“I uh- I mean I had a sweet tooth when I was a kid, I don’t know if that ever really leaves you,” Keith says, “I have been thinking about something sweet lately.” Lance grins and Keith knows he’s set himself up for something horribly cheesy.
“But I’m right here baby,” Lance says, “sweetest thing on the market. I bet people would pay the big bucks for all of this.” He motions to himself dramatically and Keith has to hide his laugh behind his hand, turning it into a fake cough. He’s not letting Lance see him laugh at that idiocy. “Was that a laugh? Were you, Keith Kogane, trying to cover up a laugh? At one of my cheesy lines?”

Summary
Closing his eyes, Keith tries to dig up the fading links he had with either lion, reaching for them and their warmth and safety. He was never sure how far a lion could reach their paladin, but for all he knew, they could be nearby. Would they still sense him despite not being their paladin anymore?
Thirty minutes have passed and he felt… nothing. Either they're too far, or he's severed the link between them for good. He has eleven hours of oxygen left.
This can't be the end, right?
After an explosion sends Keith floating in the middle of space with no help, he's left on the balance of life or death with no one to help him. Will the Blade of Marmora come for him, or will he be picked up by a Galra ship? Will he be lucky enough to seek the help of his former team?
Or will something else find him first?

Being in space was going fine until Keith developed a massive crush on his supposed rival. Now, securing an alliance with a planet goes awry when the resident aliens sense a romantic connection between Lance and Keith. Keith doesn't want to get his hopes up, but as the days wear on and they grow closer, Keith can see it, too. Is it all in his head or does Lance actually like him back? Can they work out their problems before they are fated to be joined together in a marriage ceremony or will Lance leave before Keith can reveal his true feelings?
