Summary
Zuko has been stuck for months in meetings with ambassadors and diplomats, half of them wanting his head, everyone expecting him to suddenly have a solution for a 100 years of disasters, and he feels like he has not slept in weeks. So yes. He might be a teeny tiny bit miffed.
His head is pounding and his eyes feel heavy. He moves up a hand to rub at them, part tiredness, part frustration and oh. Oops.In the midst of all the shouting, Zuko’s eye falls from its socket and lands with a small, thunderous thunk on the table in front of him.
Tldr: Zuko is tired and has been working his butt off in the peace talks post-war, and he forgot that when you have growth spurts, your prosthetic does NOT grow with you. In turn, he manages to give every dignitary a heart attack, which his friends very much enable. Oops?

Summary
It’s almost like — like Buck’s holding a possible thing in his hands, fragile and fledgling, born too early. It’s not the first time he’s felt this way, with Eddie. It’s happened before, mostly in kitchens.
“Did that guy tell you the name of the suite he put us in?”
The corner of Eddie’s mouth lifts. There, Buck supposes, is his answer.
“Yeah. Honeymooners, huh? Should we tell him about our disaster of a trip?”
His stomach lurches. God. Eddie’s taking this in stride; Buck should be thankful for it. Instead, he’s afraid he’ll be sick all over their shoes.
or: a pining buck has to navigate the Emotional Saw Trap that is the road trip back from new mexico. eddie, quite literally, comes along for the ride.

Summary
Maddie is not pleased when Buck escapes her team of baby-sitters while recovering from being struck by lightning. All Buck wants is space and a little time to breathe. Maddie just wants to know where her little brother is.
Between them, she and Buck trigger Eddie’s panic attack response to past events. A worried Buck hurries home to help his best friend. In doing so, Buck learns some interesting truths about how Eddie really feels about him.

Summary
Eddie and Chris are back from El Paso. Eddie and Buck have shared their feelings for each other and are formally moving in together.
While unpacking, Eddie finds love letters, written by Buck over the years to his “only love”. Heartbroken, Eddie sneaks out and leaves without a word, taking the letters with him.
Buck has to try and fix this if he doesn’t want to lose his “only love” forever.
